Monthly support groups will be an opportunity to gather with others who are currently in a kinship role, caring for a younger family member in some capacity. We will feature a variety of speakers in order to provide community resources, coping tips, and guidance on planning for the future.

Older Adult Caregiver Support Group
“Together We Care” offers ongoing older adult caregiver support services by Northland Shepherd’s Center and Tri-County Mental Health.
You’re invited to join us the first Thursday of each month from 10 – 11:30 AM in a hybrid format. We meet in-person at the Woodneath Mid-Continent Library or virtually by Zoom. (email us for the link)
The next Grandfamilies Support Group will take place Wednesday, July 13th from 2:30 – 4 pm at Platte Woods United Methodist Church.
