Join us next month for the annual Northland Prevention Conference, held on March 7 at Platte Woods United Methodist Church. Our Prevention team is doing incredible things in our community every day, and this conference is just one of them!
Breakfast and registration will be from 8:00am-9:00am. The day will officially kick off at 9:00am with a welcome message from the Northland Coalition President and awards will be presented to those who have made an impact in prevention this year. Following awards, attendees will hear from featured speaker, Yvonne Williams. After a short break, attendees will pick two breakout sessions to attend. These two breakout sessions will be broken up by lunch, a networking session, and resource fair. Together, we can use the power of prevention to go ‘Beyond Awareness and Spark Change’ to reduce youth substance use and improve their mental health/wellness.
