Supporting Students, Families, and School Communities

Beacon’s School‑Based Services provide comprehensive, on‑site support designed to meet the diverse needs of students and school communities. By partnering directly with schools, we bring mental health and wellness services into the educational environment, making support more accessible, immediate, and effective.

Services Offered

Our School‑Based team provides a wide range of supports, including:

  • Case Management
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Family Therapy
  • Group Counseling
  • Individual Therapy
  • Classroom‑Based Resilience Services
  • Substance Use Counseling (Group and Individual)
  • Expressive Therapies: Recreation, Music, and Art (Group or Individual)

These services help students develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and succeed both in and out of school.

A Partnership with Local Schools

Beacon’s School‑Based Team is a grant‑funded program serving schools throughout Clay County. By working collaboratively with school staff, we ensure that students receive timely, appropriate, and coordinated support.

How to Access Services

If you believe your child, or a student you know, may benefit from school‑based services, please contact your school’s counselor or social worker to discuss referral options.
