Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation (CSTAR)

The CSTAR Program provides person‑centered, recovery‑focused treatment for individuals working to overcome alcohol or drug use. The program emphasizes developing a balanced, healthy lifestyle while reducing the risk of returning to substance use and improving overall quality of life.

Services Provided

CSTAR offers a full range of behavioral health and recovery supports, including:

  • Walk‑In Intake & Treatment Planning
    Walk‑in intakes available, (see specific locations for dates and times available)
    At intake, participants complete a person‑centered treatment plan and are enrolled the same day.
  • Orientation
    Orientation group held within one week to review program expectations and answer questions.
  • Individual Counseling
    Structured, goal‑oriented counseling to address issues related to alcohol or drug use.
  • Group Education & Counseling
    Supportive group setting with members at various stages of recovery.
  • Case Management
    Assistance accessing basic needs, developing relapse‑prevention plans, and connecting to community supports.
  • Peer Support Services
    Recovery coaches with lived experience offering non‑clinical support for long‑term recovery.
  • Transportation
    Transportation provided for groups offered between 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • Evening Group Sessions Available
