FAQ's
Why should I seek mental health services?
If you’re experiencing changes in your thoughts, emotions, behavior, or relationships, mental health support may help. Mental health challenges are common and can be influenced by life events, stress, genetics, and more. There’s no one-size-fits-all rule for seeking support. Reaching out early can make a meaningful difference in your overall well-being.
How do I start?
Our goal is to make accessing high-quality mental health support easy and personalized. Getting started with us is simple. Open Access allows you come in when it is convenient, without having to wait for an appointment. Our intake team will guide you through the process and help you explore your options.
What should I do if I am in a crisis?
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out for immediate support by calling/texting the Crisis Lifeline at 988.
What ages can get help?
Our goal is to make quality mental health care accessible to everyone in the communities we serve. We support individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults.
What if I don't want people to know I am getting mental health services?
Your privacy is important to us. All appointments and records are confidential. In certain situations—such as safety concerns, suspected abuse, or legal requirements—confidentiality may be limited. Your clinician will explain these exceptions at the start of your care.
