Tri-County provides Open Access Intake Services at our main office at 3100 NE 83rd St, Ste. 1001, Kansas City, MO. Individuals needing to start services can simply walk in between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and they will be screened for eligibility with an initial intake screening. Do not come to our offices if you have a fever or other symptoms of COVID. If you have symptoms but need our services, please call 1-816-468-0400 at any time, day or night. If eligible for services, the individual will be seen by a clinician for an initial intake assessment and referred to the appropriate services at that time. If an individual is not eligible, we will assist the client with linkage to resources in the community.
When coming in for Open Access please bring,
– Picture ID
– Proof of Residence
– Social Security Number and Insurance Cards for the person or persons being seen.
