Introducing the Netsmart myHealthPointe App
We are pleased to offer the Netsmart myHealthPointe App. This safe, secure, and confidential app allows you to do things like:
myHealthPointe features
– View your lab results
– Access treatment information
– View and sign documents (coming soon)
– View your current medications and allergies
– Receive appointment reminders as well as view your upcoming scheduled appointments
How do I get the App?
Please speak with a staff member at the front desk to receive your confirmation email, then follow the instructions below.
1. Download the app
2. Open the confirmation email and make a note of the validation code
3. Click on the link at the bottom of the email. This should take you straight into the app
4. Enter the validation code and your date of birth
5. Create a password
6. Login! 🙂
